The Final Decision

Hi everyone. I can finally write to you with some good news! It feels like quite some time has passed since I was able to do this.

Firstly, Livin' With Lymphoma has reached its 75,000th unique visitor this week. This brings the population in line with Trinidad and Tobago's least sexy city, San Fernando.

Lovely stuff.
I've been on an amazing sailing trip
with the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust, but that's worthy of its own blog post, later in time.

The Amy Wallace Magpie Trust have been shortlisted (one of three!) for Sainsbury's Local Charity funding. Thank you so much for nominating them. Pam and Nick, the founders of the Trust, send their gratitude to you all.

Next, on to the revelations of the past couple of days. I'll keep it short and sweet. No apparent signs of lymphoma. Apparently the scans were difficult to decipher, but after some consultations, the consensus was that I am very much on my way to recovery. Please ignore all of the worries that they gave me which were spilled on the previous post.
Cheers, Obama.

That's it. I'll be scanned again in August to check, although I can now vanish and live my life.

It's given me a second wind. A new sense of empowerment. Because of this, I'll be making some crazy decisions over the next couple of weeks. If I don't do them now, I will be full of regret for years to come. Josh is back, baby!

Hi! I’m the 'star' of Livin' With Lymphoma. The blog was founded on the 31st October 2013, on the day I was diagnosed with Stage 4B Hodgkin's lymphoma. I hope you find it funny and informative.
